WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHILD MARRIAGE?

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHILD MARRIAGE?
Early pregnancy is one of the most dangerous causes and consequences of this harmful practice. Girls who married early are more likely to experience violence, abuse and forced sexual relations.

There are a host of important issues that are detrimental to the girl’s own interests if she survives, and is reflected in society.

1;Leaving her studies

It is a mandatory issue if we assume her husband allowed her to complete her studies for several reasons, she will not be able to complete her education, cause of the Customs and traditions which state that the girls place is either her husband’s house or the grave…this is known in many cultures

2 – Pregnancy and childbirth: The girl is forced to stay at home, especially during exams study days.

The responsibility of the house: she cannot do both schoolwork and look after the home in any way.

Alienation of colleagues: The habits and traditions alienate students from married girls, and usually they get discarded in the school as a whole,
and fear of disclosure regarding their marital relations to students, this and many other reasons put the girl in an unenviable situation.

Raising children: this makes the mothers completion of her education almost impossible, also creating a mentally backward society
If the child is raising a child (a minor raising a minor)
Society becomes mentally and physically deficient,

Going to school gives girls choices and opportunities in life, allowing them to play an active role in their communities and break the cycle of poverty.
Girls who are married are unlikely to be in school.
Education is essential for girls to be able to make informed decisions about their sexual health and well-being.
