WILDLIFE POLICE OFFICER DEFILES HIS 15-YEAR-OLD SISTER IN LAW, ARRESTED
..he sneaked in the girl's bedroom in January this year and forced himself on her leaving her severe abdominal pains.
Police in Mumbwa district have arrested a 34-year-old Wildlife Police Officer for defiling his 15-years-old sister in law.
Central Province Police Commissioner Chola Katanga identified the the alleged defiler as Carintone Kafwabe of Munengo Village who was reported to the police by the victim.
“ Kafwabe has been abusing the girl who is a pupil at Mumbwa Secondary School since 2018 by molesting and touching her private parts and asking for sex but she was refusing," he revealed.
"It was until January this year on the dates unknown, when the guardian, Kafwabe, sneaked into the victim’s bedroom where he had canal knowledge.The abuse has been going on as the man threatened the girl not to tell anyone until on August 3 when the pain became severe,“ he said.
After severe pain, the girl informed her elder sister who took her to the hospital where she revealed that she slept with the sister's husband.
The suspect is in police custody.
