Unchained At Last for End Child Marriage
There was an interview this week in which rapper T.I. stated he takes his 18 year old daughter for annual tests at the gynocologist to test for her virginity. This has brought up so many topics of conversation here at JWF including control issues over the female body and how it is so detrimental to a female's development to feel as if her body and choices are her own.
Fraidy Reiss, founder of Unchained At Last (a JWF grantee) was quoted last month in this article from Marie Claire about the dangers of 'virginity tests' and control of women.
