Tanzania Ending Child Marriage Network – TECMN
CDF with support from FORWARD UK under Baillie Gifford Provided a Start up Kits to 25 Young Mothers who were earlier trained (November 2017) on basic entrepreneurship skills. The activity took place in Berege ward and includes 7 Young Mother's from Mnzase and Berege village. The Mothers were provided with 14 pigs each girl with 2 pigs. Contract was signed at Ward Executive Officer office and it was witnessed with their respectively Ward executive officers, Village Executive Officer, girls parents, one selected mentor (who will guide them) and CDF staff. The activity will prolong on monday to other wards, Pwaga, Kibakwe and Mpwapwa town.
