Ghana Ends Child Marriage
Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Tutuka, one of our project communities in the Ahafo Ano North District where we met with community leaders and Child Rights and Reading Club members. We were encouraged to find that the Child Protection Committee and the School Management Committee had addressed a number of child protection cases and are still working together to address a number of ongoing child-related issues in the community. The work being done by these dedicated leaders highlights the vital role of communities in creating a safe and supportive environment for children to grow in.
