Increase the number of female health care workers in decision making roles in public health; check in on their kids while they are away taking care of sick people, their partners must take an active role in child care while the mothers are away. Governments and employers should improve their working conditions, recognise their contribution and give them decent pay and compensation especially for the long hours. – We are all Gender Justice
