Girls Not Brides for End Child Marriage
“If there is someone hearing what I’m saying now, I would suggest to them to study rather than getting married.”
Yelina almost got married at 17, until she heard about the vocational training and support offered by Drivers – a refugee-led organisation providing vocational training for girls at risk of child marriage.
She was able to take a hairdressing course and is now working at the small salon the organisation runs in the Dzaleka refugee camp. ????✨
