Formation of Out of School Girls Club in Kitunda.
On 13th March 2018 CDF established a club in Kitunda ward for out of school Girls. The clubs comprised a total of 15 girls. The established clubs were equipped with knowledge on club formation, child rights and leadership skills. The club members are expected to use the acquired knowledge to raise awareness in the community in general. Through the established Girls Club, will open up opportunity for Girls to share information, learn from each other about Child Rights, effects of FGM, Child Marriage, goal setting and Child Pregnancy, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights as well as solving some of the problems they face in their Community.
