Children's Dignity Forum conducted a Capacity Building Training For Media Personnel on Child's Right and Reporting mechanisms on Child Abuse cases.
The Objective of the workshop was to inform the media personnel on the Rights of Children, the current laws and policies for Child Protection in Tanzania and the roles of media in protecting Children from Abuse and Child Marriage. In the end, The Media Personnel came up with an Action plan put the Knowledge they acquire into action. The recommendations that were raised by the Media personnel includes the participated Media Personnel to give priority on Child Right issues on their different Media Programmes and use community Radio to raise awareness on Child Marriage
