Members of parliament (MPA’s) from three major political parties in Pakistan continue to meet and listen to girls and women in their own communities. This is part of the #AtYourDoorstep campaign launched by Her Choice partner Bedari, aiming to bring policy makers at the doorstep of girls and women. Three MPAs from Punjab Assembly visited Chakwalian village of district Chakwal to spend a day with women and girls. The women and girls from three other neighbouring villages also joined and presented their demands to the legislators. The MPAs promised to take these demands up and raise at relevant forums.
